REEL Creations - Hair and Brow FX Palette by Marvin Westmore

Developed by Hollywood MUA Marvin Westmore this palette contains all the colours needed for hair & brows. One row has silver, pearl & neutralizing shades for hair, the other row consists of great brow colours. The solid colours are activated with IPA to create a durable, water & sweat resistant wash of colour that can be used on skin, hair & pieces. Contains 10 colours. Activate with recommended activator or 99% Alcohol.
