Apply the FLEET STREET PEGWORKS TOOTH LACQUERS as you would any other Skin Illustrator palette (activate with Skin Illustrator Activator, Slow Activator or 99% alcohol) product and let dry completely. Run a wet tongue over the area to help the lips glide over the application. Remove by brushing teeth with toothpaste.
